18 YO Sorrel Pony Cross Gelding 

Spirit is an older gentleman looking for a new place to call home. He’s been mostly used by the kids in an indoor setting but can be rode out by a more experienced older kid. His current owners have owned him over a year and he just has a little to much go for their age of kids (2 and 3 year olds).

Spirit stands 14hs, got good feet and easy to shoe, straight legs, and is a easy keeper. Spirit likes to work cows and has been used to gather pastures, pasture doctor and drag calves to the fire. He’s easy to catch, saddle and bridle, and loves attention. Hop on him with just a halter, he’s good around dogs and traffic, ponies from another horse, no buck or spook, and for his age still has a lot of go in him. He’s got a nice handle, soft in the mouth, moves off your legs, crosses water and goes anywhere you point him.

Spirit can be buddy sour outside, so that’s why we are stating him as an indoor horse for little kids or an older kid can ride him outside just fine.

Spirit does have some arthritis in his knees but it doesn’t slow him down, and is sound! PPE and vet consultation available before sale at interested buyers expense.
